When and how do I get my order confrmation and invoice?


After you have placed your desired items in the shopping cart and specified a payment method at checkout, an order confirmation with the order number will be sent to the email address you provided.

Your invoice will be sent automatically in a separate email after it has been sent.

If you cannot find the order confrmation or the invoice, write an email to our customer service (support@stoffe.fashion) so that we can send you your invoice.

Can I change or cancel my order?


Unfortunately, we cannot change your order afterwards. However, as long as your order status is open, we can cancel the order and refund you so that a new order can be placed with the correct size/item.

Cancellation is only possible if the package has not yet been dispatched.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?


In rare cases, you may expect an email from us but not receive one.

We recommend that you proceed as follows:

Please check your spam folder first.

If you don't find an e-mail from us there either, it could be that your e-mail provider is not delivering our messages. Then please contact our support team (support@stoffe.fashion).

Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?


If part of your address is missing or there is a typo in the address, please contact our support team (support@ stoffe.fashion).

However, we can only change the delivery address if the package has not yet been shipped and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

What to do if my order didn’t arrive by delivery time?


We strive to meet delivery times, however delays can occur in some cases.

Other factors, such as delays with the delivery partner, traffic delays or discrepancies in the receiving address also have an impact on the delivery time.

Please keep an eye on the shipment tracking. We will keep you up to date as far as we can.

What to do if some items from my order are missing?


We are sorry that your order was not complete.

Before contacting our support team, please check the following:

We may have shipped items in separate packages. Therefore, check your emails to find out if some items may still arrive. The item(s) may be out of stock. Please check your emails (including your spam folder) to see if we have sent you an email about this.

If this is not the case, email support@stoffe.fashion with the item that is missing and your order number.

Please inform us immediately so that we can take care of your request.

What payment methods does Stoffe accept?


PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online safely, easily and quickly.

Credit card

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards in the Stoffe online shop.

For your own safety, please find out from your card-issuing bank or savings bank about the use of the new 3-D-Secure procedure and ideally have your card registered right away.

When will my order be shipped?


We will ship your order within 4 to 6 working days after receipt of the order. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

Estimated Delivery Time


The estimated delivery time lies between 8 to 20 days. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@stoffe.fashion with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What shipping cost will apply to my order?


Shipping within the EU: 9,50 €*
Shipping outside of the EU: 18,00 €**

* For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

** All deliveries outside of Europe may be subject to import duties (duties, import duties, VAT) determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. Stoffe does not withhold duties and taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: if such additional duties apply, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. The customer bears the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the guidelines in your country.

What shipping service does Stoffe use?


All our packages are shipped with dpd.

How to returns work?


All orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us.

Stoffe will not pay for any costs for returns.

For returns outside the EU, it is imperative that they are correctly declared as a return. If the return is not declared correctly, Stoffe reserves the right to charge any costs incurred (customs, sales taxes).

If you have to return an item because it was defective or delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the cost of the return postage. In this case, please contact our support team.

The return label can be downloaded here and must be printed out and stuck to the package in a clearly visible place.

Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

When and how will I get my money back?


The invoice amount is always refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed.

The processing of a return can take up to 14 working days.

Can all products be returned?


Yes, all products can be returned. However damaged or worn products will not be reimbursed.
